Dryden Way, Bromley

Sorrel is very excited to announce that we have started work on a new project to build a new development of nine apartments in Bromley. The development is based on a hill so lots of pf preparatory ground works are required, and the site area is not overly generous, but Sorrel are utilising a lot of works off-site to aid not only progression, but to minimise the impact to neighbours and the public.

The timber frame structure will also utilise brick slip facades and heat pumps to assist in being more environmentally friendly. The £2million development is an exciting opportunity for us to challenge ourselves with sourcing materials and logistical planning to minimise any impact to the local community.
