Excited for 2023 New Projects on the Horizon!

Happy New Year from everyone at Sorrel! We’re very excited for the new projects we have in the pipeline for 2023. We’re very nearly finishing a new restaurant project for a client in central London, and although it has presented many challenges, it’s been a very rewarding to work on. From design aesthetics to M&E consultation, seeing the final result emerging is exciting. We are also proud to say we are now working with Quintain in Wembley on various projects, with new ones already scheduled across their Wembley development. At Sorrel our focus has always been to present new technologies and innovations into any construction project, and we are keeping an eye on the new developments in HVAC and smart technology to make all our new client’s spaces advanced and comfortable. As January comes to a close, we are also thrilled to be working on a new heritage building in Holborn for 12 New Square Chambers. The refurbishment of their ground floor client facing areas will involve breathing a modern but heritage-respecting new life into their space. We’ll be working closely with our furniture suppliers to bring modern and smart new furniture, with traditional inspired colours and materials that not only respect the history of their offices but create a modern and impressive working environment.

Within our own organisation we’re pleased to announce that we have two new employees joining the head office team. We have James, our new in-house CAD design engineer, who will be working to provide high-quality drawings, 3D models and renders to bring our design concepts to life for our new clients. We also welcome Toby, our new trainee quantity surveyor, he will be doing his part time degree alongside working with our onsite team and directors to ensure our projects run smoothly.

We’re very excited for what 2023 will bring, and what new developments we can make within the business. We’re always looking out for new talent and new clients we can work with, so please feel free to contact us today.
