Studio Pilates

We were very excited to start work on this great new project, creating a Pilates studio in London, one of the first franchises from a well-established Australian chain. Working with our client was dream, we worked closely with her, and the head office team in Queensland to bring the space to life. Following brand guidelines and ensuring we meet strict building control standards is always a fine balancing act. It was sometimes a challenge working with the time difference restrictions with Australia, but at the same time it was exciting to be able to affiliate ourselves with such a successful brand from the other side of the World.

The space prior to us setting up site, was an estate agent, so we had to introduce brand new M&E to meet the necessary requirements for a change of use space, whilst also ensuring the aesthetic was clean, crips and smart. We assisted our client from start to finish in all aspects of the build, statutory milestones, and helping with her equipment delivery.
