Programme agreement meeting

We will talk you through the fit out programme, taking into consideration everything we need to know to ensure a smooth process for you and your staff. We do this at the start of the project to minimise disruption and plan for all practicalities and logistics to prevent any delays further down the line.

Work begins

At this point you will be introduced to the project team and will have access to them throughout the works taking place. You can talk to us or ask us questions at any time.

Regular updates

You will be kept up to date throughout the project with frequent meetings and fortnightly progress reports. Our process is always transparent and up front. We ask the same of our customers to ensure trust between both parties.

Practical completion date set

We will let you know as soon as we have a practical completion date. At this point we will follow our meticulous internal snagging process so that at the point of final sign off you are ready to enjoy your new space straightaway.
